  • Participate in scheduled calls and outreach focused on explaining performance results and next steps already defined by the Manager.
  • Help franchisees understand LOCALACT dashboards, reports, and basic paid and organic performance metrics.

  • Answer common questions related to performance data, reports, budgets, and platform functionality.
  • Monitor conversations for confusion, friction, or unresolved issues and flag them for the Manager.
  • Escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk situations to the Local Marketing Manager or Client Services Manager.
  • Create, update, and manage Zendesk tickets related to advisor interactions and follow ups.
  • Document conversations, questions, and outcomes to ensure continuity across teams.
  • Provide overflow call coverage when Local Marketing Managers reach capacity.
  • Follow established playbooks, processes, and service standards to ensure consistent support.
  • Contribute feedback to improve advisor resources, FAQs, and training materials.

What You Bring

  • Comfort explaining basic performance data and marketing concepts in clear, simple language.
  • Functional understanding of local marketing and digital performance metrics.
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow direction, reinforce recommendations, and stay within defined role boundaries.
  • Comfort working in a phone heavy, fast paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong documentation habits and reliability in follow through.
  • Professional, calm communication style.
