The Logistics Coordinator will reconcile, review, and confirm Final Mile delivery routes for assigned markets. The key responsibilities of this role are to utilize applicable software to validate efficient routing, ensure market-specific needs are met, provide internal customer service and continued support, and validate order data accuracy.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM | With occasional overtime
Pay: $19.35 per hour
Location: Remote
Essential Job Functions
- Optimizing routes for multiple markets
- Communicating with internal customers to support operational needs
- Validating and reconciling order data
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains
- Work well without direct supervision
- Coordinate with field teams and managers
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to type 50 WPM minimum
- High school diploma or GED required
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Candidate must be self-sufficient and able to work under minimal observation
- Ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a “will do” work ethic
- Must have the ability to work in a fast paced/high volume environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
