We are engaging Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialists to contribute expertise to a customer's project focused on optimizing supply chain processes and documentation. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This engagement prioritizes professionals with advanced knowledge of global logistics, an analytical mindset, and fluency in English.
Scope of Work
Review, analyze, and provide input on logistics documents such as packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for authenticity, accuracy, and industry compliance.
Develop and annotate sample documentation to highlight best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
Evaluate and suggest improvements in current supply chain workflows based on real-world experience.
Deliver detailed feedback on logistics-related scenarios, focusing on document structures and process optimization.
Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts through clear communication.
Participate in quality assurance processes by validating the relevance and correctness of supply chain data sets.
Contribute to the creation of training materials and resources reflecting industry standards and nuanced supply chain challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management, particularly with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
Comprehensive understanding of logistics workflows, documentation, and global supply chain operations.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts with clarity in English.
Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and creating supply chain documentation.
Proven analytical skills and experience identifying process improvements in a logistics context.
Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
Comfort working independently in a remote, collaborative environment and delivering timely, high-quality contributions.
