Your Impact
Project Support Representatives are responsible for oversight and execution of complex projects submitted by our Pro Sales team. This includes scope and responsibilities for identifying customer needs and providing comprehensive customer solutions supporting the project from lead submission to project completion.
What You Will Do • Reviews submitted opportunities for viability (including compliance review) and partners with account owners for concerns / clarity. • Prepares for site walks by completing pre-call planners. • Walks sites and identifies project scope, product needs, and installation service opportunities to include quantities, selections, scope, and job cadence for execution. • Partners with Lowe's Independent Service Providers to determine scope requirements / cost elements based on site walk. • Evaluates the profitability and viability of customers' request. • Prepares comprehensive bid packet based on walk details, installer inputs, and final customer selections; present bid for signature and execution by account contact. • Partners with LPR Virtual Support team, Installer, and customer to host a Pre-Construction conference to ensure ordering, deliveries, installation, and overall project scheduling is aligned and forecasted. • Performs post-mortem conversations with key stakeholders for all opportunities to gather feedback - included opportunities won or lost. • Leverages defined systems and processes to provide a best in class customer experience. • Supports peers and leaders with other duties as assigned and required.
Minimum Qualifications • High School or GED equivalent • 3-5 years relevant sales experience • 1-2 years construction experience with a strong sales background • Must have a high level of verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills • A working knowledge of blueprints and technical skills • Basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
