With $70M+ in annual revenue and $3B+ in annual transaction volume, we’re entering a new stage of growth focused on scaling our core banking systems, rewards infrastructure, and partner integrations.

We’re seeking a Loyalty Partnerships Manager to source, structure, and manage strategic relationships with airline and hotel partners. This role will play a critical part in expanding and enhancing our rewards platform—ensuring our members have access to best-in-class redemption options and exclusive travel experiences.

You’ll work closely with founders and cross-functional partners across partnerships, product, finance, and operations to build and scale a world-class loyalty network for a high-growth fintech platform.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and manage relationships with airline and hotel loyalty partners

  • Support negotiation and structuring of partnership agreements, including commercial terms and integrations

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to launch and maintain partner integrations

  • Manage ongoing partner performance, identifying opportunities to optimize value for both Taekus and partners

  • Coordinate marketing and promotional initiatives with partners to drive engagement and usage

  • Help develop new partnership opportunities across global travel providers

  • Monitor industry trends across airline and hotel loyalty programs to inform strategy

  • Support expansion of Taekus’s global rewards ecosystem

What We're Looking For

  • 5–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or loyalty programs

  • Experience working with airline, hotel, or travel loyalty programs (or adjacent fintech/rewards platforms)

  • Strong understanding of loyalty ecosystems, points economics, and partner structures

  • Experience negotiating and managing external partnerships

  • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and initiatives simultaneously

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate partnership performance

  • Builder mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
