You will run multiple 3-month partner engagements at once, ensuring partners are equipped to build high-quality Copilot agents, modernize their services, and deliver successful customer outcomes.

You will follow structured playbooks and operational processes to maintain consistency across engagements while adapting to the specific needs of each product area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys enabling others, coaching new AI and productivity technologies, and driving capability-building across a partner ecosystem.

 Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct practice consultations and communicate insights or recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance to partners on building AI agents using Copilot and Copilot Studio, including ideation and high-level architecture.
  • Run multiple partner projects simultaneously (roughly 10 engagements), each lasting about 3 months.

Technical Guidance & Architecture

  • Offer deep technical coaching to improve partners’ solution quality, design, and implementation approach.
  • Assess and validate partner solution architectures for scalability, security, and best-practice alignment.
  • Support adoption and implementation challenges during initial solution deployments.
  • Assist in removing technical blockers, particularly within Modern Work and AI workflows.

Program Execution & Operational Rigor

  • Execute motions defined in the centralized CSA playbook, ensuring operational accuracy and consistent processes.
  • Apply product-specific playbook guidelines for each incubation offering.
  • Maintain a smooth operational flow across business applications and partner reporting systems.
  • Support development and delivery of enablement materials, community calls, and internal communications.

Adoption & Change Management

  • Guide partners on user enablement strategies and adoption-related offerings.
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and governance playbooks.
  • Assist partners in building capability around Modern Work, security best practices, and tenant governance.

 Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of overall experience in cloud, Modern Work, partner enablement, consulting, or technical sales.
  • Minimum 3 years working with M365 Copilot Studio and/or Power Platform.
  • Minimum 3 years in a partner-facing or customer-facing technical role (consulting, pre-sales, customer success, partner management).
  • Minimum 2 years creating or reviewing technical architectural diagrams.
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence in customer/partner conversations.

Technical Expertise

  • Understanding of Modern Work technologies and enterprise productivity platforms.
  • Familiarity with security, governance, identity, and data access within cloud environments.
  • Experience supporting early-stage deployments and removing technical blockers.
  • Knowledge of adoption frameworks (e.g., Prosci) and business process transformation.

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience designing or coaching partners on Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio, or other agentic AI solutions.
  • Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).
  • Experience setting up or operating a Center of Excellence (CoE) environment.
  • Certifications related to cloud, AI, security, Modern Work, or productivity platforms.
  • Experience working in international or multicultural teams.
  • Bilingual fluency—particularly English + Spanish (highly valued).
  • Experience with operational playbooks, structured engagement frameworks, or incubation programs.
