Senior Client Partner – P&C InsuranceRole OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Client Partner with deep Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance expertise to drive strategic growth within a portfolio of named enterprise accounts. This role owns the overall client relationship, revenue growth, profitability, and long-term account strategy.The ideal candidate combines executive-level relationship management with a proven track record of expanding strategic accounts through AI, data, cloud, and digital transformation services. Success requires understanding the business priorities of insurers and translating them into innovative technology solutions.What You'll Do
  • Own the growth strategy, revenue, and profitability for assigned Insurance accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with business and technology executives, including C-suite leaders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive long-term expansion.
  • Identify new opportunities and expand existing engagements across AI, data, cloud, analytics, and digital transformation.
  • Partner with Quantiphi's AI, engineering, and industry experts to deliver differentiated solutions.
  • Introduce innovative ideas that help clients improve business outcomes and accelerate transformation.
  • Lead complex commercial discussions, negotiations, and account governance.
  • Collaborate across global delivery and leadership teams to ensure exceptional client success.
Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales, consulting, or strategic account management experience within the P&C Insurance industry (required).
  • Proven success building and growing relationships with Tier 1 Insurance carriers and C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of Insurance business processes, digital transformation, and industry challenges.
  • Experience selling AI, GenAI, cloud, data, analytics, automation, or digital engineering services.
  • Knowledge of cloud AI platforms such as Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, and modern AI governance practices.
  • Experience structuring and negotiating enterprise commercial agreements, including MSAs and SOWs.
  • Experience partnering with hyperscalers such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong executive communication, consultative selling, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with a leading technology consulting or professional services organization.
  • Track record selling enterprise AI, data, cloud, platform engineering, or analytics solutions.
  • Established network of executive relationships across the P&C Insurance ecosystem.
