We are seeking a dynamic and creative Management Trainee with a background in Multimedia, Video Production, or related fields. The ideal candidate will support our training initiatives by producing engaging video content, assisting in live shoots, and managing digital assets. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce high-quality training and promotional videos using any major video editing software.

  • Develop and structure content using tools like Articulate Storyline to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.

  • Convert learning materials into SCORM-compliant files for integration into learning platforms.

  • Arrange and storyboard video content for training modules and internal communications.

  • Assist in video shooting and post-production tasks.

  • Create visually compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • Manage and publish content on Microsoft Stream and Teams.

  • Collaborate with trainers and trainees to capture learning moments and feedback.

  • Support creative brainstorming and contribute innovative ideas to improve training delivery.

  • Adapt to flexible working hours when needed for shoots or urgent deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Video Production, or related discipline.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and creative work.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools: Teams, PowerPoint, Stream, etc.

  • Familiarity with learning platforms such as SumTotal.

  • Experience or understanding of converting materials into SCORM files.

  • Fast learner with a creative and innovative mindset.

  • Comfortable working with diverse teams and cultures across Malaysia and globally.
