As a Manager in Central FP&A, you will be at the pulse of the company's commercial performance and strategic direction, deeply involved in target setting and rolling forecasts for MEU. You will support the Director Central FP&A MEU by conducting critical analysis, facilitating data collection, and interacting with Business Units to prepare target setting and essential materials for OLT reviews / Board presentations. In this pivotal role, you will gain business insights and significant direct exposure to BU Finance teams and Regional FP&A VP & CFO.
How you will contribute
You will:
  • Drive the analytical and technical aspects of Rolling forecast and AC target setting processes, encompassing comprehensive file setup and advanced scenario simulations.
  • Interact with and facilitate clear and impactful financial communications across a wide array of internal stakeholders, including Business Units, Product Cost, Cash Flow, MSC, Procurement Finance, TP teams, and other FP&A functions.
  • Coordinate all target-related analysis and communications and serve as the primary point of contact for Business Units regarding financial targets and inquiries.
  • Provide comprehensive analytical support and insights, driving business understanding and facilitating strategic follow-ups across key commercial initiatives.
  • Independently manage and oversee Operating Company (OpCo) P&L, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust analysis, and proactive budget management, including regular alignment with budget owners
  • Provide critical ad-hoc financial simulations and analyses, to support strategic decision-making by Directors and VPs
  • Support preparation of OLT and BOD material

  • TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including data collection and structuring, analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance.
  • BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business and operational drivers, enabling the translation of complex financial data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for diverse business stakeholders.
  • LEADERSHIP SKILLS including experience with business partnering and communication skills, confidence to be exposed to senior leaders
  • GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology, including SAC system and Marco reports
  • INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 3950 € plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
