What will you be doing?

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with some of the world's leading, most innovative, and fast-paced global technology brands. As a Manager, you will work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver data-driven insights, market intelligence, and strategic guidance that support business decisions across Consumer Technology categories.

You will support day-to-day client engagement through a combination of recurring reporting, customized analyses, presentations, and consultative recommendations. Success in this role requires balancing a high volume of standardized deliverables with ad hoc analytical requests while maintaining a high level of responsiveness, accuracy, and client service.

Beyond Technology market expertise, you will help clients understand how broader macroeconomic, retail, and consumer trends are influencing market performance, purchasing behavior, and business opportunities. This includes connecting Technology sales trends to shifts in the retail environment, promotional activity, consumer demand, economic conditions, and other external factors impacting the marketplace.

This role provides the opportunity to partner with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels, helping clients translate data into meaningful business decisions while strengthening Circana’s position as a trusted advisor.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their business priorities, challenges, and objectives.
  • Deliver recurring reporting, presentations, and insights that translate complex market and sales data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and a foundational understanding of AI-enabled solutions, supporting the identification, positioning, and communication of Circana's AI. capabilities to clients while helping uncover opportunities to drive business value through AI-powered insights and analytics.
  • Respond to ad hoc analytical requests and provide perspectives on market performance, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze Consumer and B2B Technology sales data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across categories, channels, and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with internal Client Insights, Analytics, Product, Operations, and Sales teams to deliver high-quality solutions and an exceptional client experience.
  • Actively contribute to client retention and business growth by identifying opportunities to expand the value Circana delivers, proactively bringing forward ideas and solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance deliverables, and elevate the overall client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2-4 years of prior experience in a market research, business management or client service role, with hands-on exposure to consumer and/or POS data a plus.
  • Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort engaging clients and internal stakeholders through a consultative, insight‑led approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients consultatively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Ability: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Co-Pilot, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Thrives in a team-oriented culture that values accountability, collaboration, a strong work ethic, and the ability to balance delivering exceptional results while enjoying the people and partnerships that make the work rewarding.

Location Remote, U.S. Candidates located in the Pacific Time Zone are preferred to align with client needs and stakeholder collaboration (though this is not a requirement).

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $68,000.00 to $79,000.00 USD.
