Role Purpose

The role is responsible for leading HR Operations analytics, reporting, and workforce insights across the organisation. The position enables data‑driven decision‑making, operational efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement across HR Shared Services and People Operations in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations Analytics Leadership

  • Lead HR Operations and Shared Services analytics across regions (e.g., APAC / Global).

  • Deliver standardised, scalable, and high‑quality HR operational reporting to senior leadership.

  • Will be a trusted analytics partner to HR Operations, People Partners, Finance, and Compliance teams.

Reporting, Dashboards & Insights

  • Design and maintain executive dashboards and scorecards covering:

    • Headcount, productivity, and capacity utilisation

    • Case volumes, turnaround times, and service levels

    • Absence trends and workforce movements

    • Compliance, audit, and control metrics

  • Provide deep‑dive operational analysis to identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Workforce Planning & Demand Management

  • Own workforce planning, demand forecasting, and supply‑demand optimisation models using historical and business inputs.

  • Support HR leadership with scenario modelling and capacity planning insights.

  • Enable proactive planning to improve fulfilment, responsiveness, and operational stability.

Transformation, Automation & Advanced Analytics

  • Lead the automation of HR Operations reporting and analytics using Power BI, DAX, VBA, ETL, and data models.

  • Drive predictive and advanced analytics use cases (e.g., workload forecasting, trend analysis, risk indicators).

  • Continuously improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and insight maturity.

Governance, Compliance & Data Integrity

  • Establish and enforce data governance, controls, and reporting standards across HR Operations.

  • Ensure compliance with policy, regulatory, and audit requirements, including consistent documentation and traceability.

  • Act as a steward for sensitive people data, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity.

Stakeholder & Operational Enablement

  • Partner with senior team members to translate business needs into actionable HR operational insights.

  • Enable HR Operations teams through clear metrics, performance frameworks, and decision support.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through analytics driven recommendations.
