Hilton Grand Vacations is looking for an experienced Manager, Digital Marketing to develop strategic activations marketing campaigns. This position resides within the Digital Marketing team and is responsible for the development and management of campaigns for package activation channels including, but not limited to email, web, SMS and other emerging platforms for the North America region.

 

The ideal candidate will understand email and content marketing basics and will have a proven record of managing marketing projects and new initiatives. This role is key to Hilton Grand Vacation’s activations marketing strategy with high visibility in a fast-paced environment.

Position has option to work from Corporate office in Orlando or from home in states in which Hilton Grand Vacations can legally employ.

Responsibilities
  • Serves as strategic lead for email marketing campaigns for various HGV audiences
  • Strong writing and editing skills, specifically for direct response marketing
  • Aligns all marketing campaigns with business strategies to drive profitable net owner growth 
  • Works with various execution and reporting teams to deliver measurable campaigns on time
  • Drives project deadlines to ensure on-time delivery 
  • Possesses an inherent understanding of content that stimulates authentic interest in a brand that drives action
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of the vacation ownership industry and marketing landscape and stays abreast of industry trends
  • A dynamic self-starter who works collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Drives various test-and-learn strategies
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & Internet applications
  • Working knowledge of Tableau in order to monitor analytics that informs future campaigns
  • Critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving, presentation, project management skills from conception to completion 
  • Ability to interpret data and marketing outcomes in order to strengthen campaigns
  • Other duties as assigned by Senior Director, Marketing Content

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

  • Strong writing and editing skills, ability to develop story angles, ability to manage multiple ongoing projects
  • Marketing background preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • 1 year of management experience
  • Ability to travel if needed
