About the team:

The team is responsible for building and maintaining core product experiences that enable users to securely manage and access their credentials. This includes owning the browser extension, the part of the product most users interact with daily. The team operates across multiple locations and time zones, collaborating closely to tackle complex challenges spanning platform integration, security, scalability, and user experience. Collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement are at the heart of how the team works, ensuring high‑quality, reliable solutions for our customers.

If you are passionate about complex problem solving and motivated by scale, then this is the role for you!

Who will you work with?

  • Product leadership to ensure strong alignment between product strategy and execution

  • Managing performance and providing regular coaching and mentorship to help engineers grow and succeed
  • Clearly understanding and communicating product initiatives, ensuring alignment across your team and with peer groups
  • Shaping and strengthening the engineering culture to create a fulfilling, inclusive workplace that delivers value to customers and users
  • Implementing and refining processes and quality standards, defining meaningful metrics, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with other leaders and actively engaging with the local and broader technology community to influence and learn

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Experience leading and developing engineering teams, with a strong people‑first mindset
  • Proven success delivering high‑volume, customer‑facing products and acting on user feedback
  • Solid technical background, with preferred experience in web and browser extension development
  • Strong understanding of agile engineering practices and the ability to maintain delivery flow

  • Funding Landscape: $4.5 billion in VC funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
