Job Summary
The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis - Cost Accounting is the financial business partner for the operations team. This job is responsible for financial analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and associated ad-hoc requests. The job also provides ad hoc support for the business as necessary.
Responsibilities


  • Leads financial reporting for the US, Singapore and Mexico, including reviewing the preparation and presentation of management reports and / or corporate reporting requirements, to ensure integrity of information and keep management updated on key information.
  • Models deal profitability for potential partnerships and contracts.
  • Budgets and Forecasts financial measures such as materials price variances, material usage variances and operational site expenses.
  • Conducts operational forecast support as needed for labor, warehouse efficiency, and etc.
  • Recommends strategies and input to strategies regarding the financial aspect.
  • Leads the LATAM cost accounting activities, monitors Inventory system functionality and perform the cost roll procedures at each fiscal year.
  • Inventory control and complex inventory account reconciliations with multiple Mexico, US and Singapore sites under the Maquila model.
  • Month end close activities supervision and reporting completion.
  • Responsible for internal and external audits responses
  • Manage the physical inventory controls compliance

Qualifications


  • 8+ years of experience, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Experience in Manufacturing enterprises, preferred
  • Strong cost accounting background
  • Strong accounting skills, USGAAP knowledge
  • English - Spanish Bilingual +80%, preferred
  • SAP and AS400 systems knowledge, preferred

Anticipated salary range: $92,800 - $145,860
