  • Drive revenue architecture initiatives that improve pipeline velocity, forecasting quality, customer retention, and expansion performance.

AI Workflow Engineering & Automation

  • Design, build, and deploy AI-driven workflows that improve GTM execution and reduce manual operational overhead.
  • Develop scripts, automations, and orchestration logic connecting structured and unstructured GTM data sources.
  • Pilot, prototype, and scale AI-enabled operational use cases from ideation through production implementation.

Revenue Operations Enablement

  • Enable Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel, and Professional Services teams with scalable systems and actionable data infrastructure.
  • Improve visibility into pipeline performance, activity effectiveness, operational health, and forecasting accuracy.

Cross-Functional Systems Leadership

  • Coordinate cross-functional GTM systems initiatives across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Manage competing priorities across strategic projects, operational support, and systems enhancement workstreams.

Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish operational rigor around workflow documentation, systems governance, and process optimization.
  • Continuously assess emerging GTM technologies and recommend adoption opportunities.

To be successful, we think you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, or Business Systems Engineering
• Demonstrated experience designing and managing complex GTM technology ecosystems
