Summary of Role

Managers of Implementation are an integral part of Command Alkon's goal to deliver fully integrated technological solutions to the heavy building materials industry. Our mission is to help organizations harness the full potential of these solutions enabling them to improve inefficiencies, deliver visibility, automate, collaborate, and grow. Given the complexity of today’s business environment our customers need every advantage at their disposal to optimize performance. As an Implementation Manager, you will collaborate with cross functional teams to help our customers develop technological systems and solutions based off the specific needs of an organization.


How You’ll Succeed

  • Reach the actual revenue targets for each revenue category, maintaining proper staffing levels and keeping at or above the target operating margins
  • Properly balance revenues and expenses of your corresponding product offering
  • Keep a healthy customer satisfaction, by properly delivering on projects and on ongoing support. Protect the customers in the region from churning our products and maintain at or above the company's gross retention targets
  • Maintain a healthy team environment by looking after your team's workload, their career development and job satisfaction
  • Maintain employee attrition levels aligned with the company overall target

What You Bring

  • Knowledge of the regional differences on all aspects of how Command Alkon engages with customers and prospects relative to each region 
  • Strong leadership skills, being able to lead teams from 5 to 12 people from different areas of expertise: project management, field technicians, and application consultants
  • Proven ability to drive business decisions based on company’s financial results
  • Wisdom and judgment based on experience; Ability to make decisions and clear recommendations  
  • Ability to see, identify, and diagnose problems and find creative solutions (Possibility thinker)
  • Excellent organizational skills. Able to self-organize priorities and balance their own workload. Capable of managing multiple priorities/projects simultaneously
