- Design, enhance, and maintain incentive compensation plans aligned with local business strategies and commercial objectives.
- Develop and refine quota-setting methodologies that support performance, fairness, and business growth.
- Design local recognition and award programs that reinforce desired behaviors and strategic priorities.
- Partner with business leaders to identify challenges and proactively recommend incentive compensation solutions.
Analytics & Strategic Consulting
- Analyze incentive compensation program effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Leverage data and analytics to generate insights, evaluate program performance, and support strategic decision-making.
- Build robust business cases and recommendations for plan design changes, balancing motivation, affordability, and risk management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to market leadership by providing objective, data-driven guidance.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Develop strong relationships with market leaders and gain deep understanding of local business priorities, products, customer dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Facilitate discussions and influence stakeholders through credible recommendations and clear communication.
- Collaborate effectively across Commercial Excellence, Finance, PX, Compliance, and other partner functions.
Program Implementation, Governance & Service Delivery
- Partner with GOSC Delivery teams to ensure timely, accurate, and effective implementation and administration of incentive compensation programs.
- Collaborate with GOSC to calculate bonus payouts, contests, awards, and field quotas using approved processes, tools, and templates.
- Ensure all incentive compensation deliverables are accurate, complete, and distributed to the field force according to established timelines.
- Own governance and operational oversight across all incentive compensation services within assigned markets.
- Create, maintain, and manage incentive compensation production calendars, ensuring alignment across business, operational, and support stakeholders.
- Hold stakeholders accountable for data ownership, validation, quality, and timely submission of required inputs.
- Implement new processes, tools, and initiatives in alignment with regional and global standards, guidelines, and strategic priorities.
- Maintain audit readiness through accurate documentation, record retention, and archiving practices in partnership with GOSC.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant incentive compensation policies, procedures, governance requirements, and Legal and Compliance standards, including GMIS policy application.
Analytics & Strategic Consulting
- Analyze incentive compensation program effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Generate, maintain, and communicate incentive compensation analyses, reports, dashboards, and insights to monitor program health and support business decision-making.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, evaluate program performance, and recommend improvements aligned with market objectives.
- Build robust business cases for compensation plan and quota-setting enhancements, balancing motivation, affordability, and compliance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to market leadership by providing objective, data-driven recommendations and solutions.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Lead strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance GOSC's value proposition, service delivery, and operational effectiveness.
- Proactively identify business needs and opportunities to improve existing services, processes, tools, and incentive compensation programs.
- Drive the adoption of best practices, innovation, and standardization across supported international markets.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related industry, with a focus on Commercial Operations, Sales Force Effectiveness, Incentive Compensation, Business Analytics, or Process Improvement.
- Demonstrated experience designing, optimizing, or supporting incentive compensation programs, sales performance management processes, or other commercial operations initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage complex operational timelines, coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders, and ensure delivery against critical business deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience translating complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Experience planning, executing, and monitoring cross-functional projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of driving initiatives from concept through implementation.
