The Crown Is Yours
As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you'll lead the strategy and execution of full-funnel marketing initiatives across the Canadian market for Sportsbook and Casino. You'll shape how we show up in a fast-growing, competitive space, serving as the central marketing lead for Canada. In this role, you'll build culturally relevant, insight-driven campaigns that connect with local audiences and partner closely with teams across CRM, acquisition/digital, PR, and revenue operations, to deliver cohesive go-to-market strategies.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary marketing lead for Canada, aligning priorities and execution across teams.
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies and briefs for Sportsbook and Casino, tied to key growth and performance metrics.
  • Translate product and brand positioning into insight-driven, locally relevant campaigns.
  • Lead full-funnel, cross-channel campaigns in partnership with teams such as Acquisition and Paid Media, CRM, Social, and Public Relations.
  • Activate campaigns around key sports and cultural moments, ensuring timely execution and media investment aligned with local market behavior.
  • Partner with Creative teams and agencies to ensure campaigns resonate with Canadian audiences.
  • Use data and performance insights to inform decisions, test new ideas, and continuously improve results.

What You'll Bring
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing for a gaming, sportsbook, casino, or highly regulated organization.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian market, including sports, culture, and consumer.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Knowledge of content, media, and partnerships beyond traditional performance marketing.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with strong storytelling ability.
