Summary:
As Manager, Marketing Execution, you will contribute to the planning, orchestration, and delivery of integrated marketing initiatives that drive measurable business growth. You will combine hands-on project management with strategic oversight, ensuring campaigns and programs are executed flawlessly with strong coordination across Sales, Enablement, and Revenue Operations teams to accelerate pipeline, enhance market positioning, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. You will oversee project timelines, manage budget tracking and vendor management, and support all aspects of campaign execution from developing target account lists to ad placements with our media partners. This role reports to our Senior Director, Head of Digital Marketing and is a key contributor to our cross-functional Marketing and Enablement team.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Management and Execution • Drive marketing campaign execution by coordinating activations across digital marketing, product marketing, channel marketing, events and sales support. • Own campaign schedules, calendars, and project plans, ensuring alignment across teams and geographies, including regular communication with Sales leadership. • Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders. • Ensure seamless integration between product messaging, demand generation, market execution, and field enablement. • Verify that ROI tracking is applied across all campaign touchpoints and confirm timely delivery of measurement reporting packages to ensure accuracy.
Budget and Vendor Management • Day to day management of the marketing budget, ensuring accurate tracking across channels and campaigns and alignment of agency partners. • Track, report, and provide insight and recommendations to maximize ROI, linking investments directly to business impact and pipeline acceleration. • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners, working closely with our Procurement team to negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure high-quality deliverables and cost efficiency. • Establish clear performance frameworks for vendor activities, holding partners accountable for results and alignment with organizational goals. Oversee Quarterly Business Reviews with key vendors. • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to maintain compliance, streamline processes, and support ongoing budget discipline. • Continuously evaluate vendor performance, seeking opportunities for improvement, innovation, and cost savings.
Operational Excellence Champion • Track progress on key initiatives, report on status, and ensure tasks are aligned with timelines. • Manage budget, allocate resources strategically, and drive operational discipline. • Working with the Sales Enablement and Learning team, drive alignment on messaging, positioning, and execution standards across sales reps. • Organize and document meeting notes, decisions, and action items; manage marketing asset repositories and document systems.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with expertise in project management, campaign execution, and functional collaboration. • Expertise with marketing operations within a B2B, SaaS business. • Proven success driving pipeline and revenue growth through integrated marketing programs. • Experience working with marketing agencies; strong partnership with Sales and other cross-functional stakeholders. • Deep understanding of digital marketing KPIs, analytics, and reporting methods. • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM systems, and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or relevant field.
