Job Title: Manager, Marketing Operations and Events

Reports to: Director of Demand Generation 

Location: Remote or Hybrid—Chicago IL. or Raleigh, NC. 

Analytics8 is seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented marketer to lead day-to-day marketing operations while managing event and partner marketing programs from strategy through execution.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, able to juggle operational rigor with program execution and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Summary

The Manager, Marketing Operations and Events leads day-to-day marketing operations and manages events and partner marketing programs from strategy through execution. The Manager, Marketing Operations and Events is responsible for HubSpot administration, marketing ops processing and reporting. This role partners closely with Demand Generation, Sales, and channel partners to drive pipeline, improve performance, and scale marketing impact.

Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Management
•    Oversees and maintains the marketing tech stack (Hubspot, WordPress, GA4, Airtable, etc.) to ensure optimal functionality and integration
•    Owns HubSpot day-to-day administration: workflows, forms, properties, and lists
•    Builds and enforces scalable standards that improve data quality, campaign consistency, and reporting integrity
•    Creates and maintains operations documentation and guidelines for the team 


Campaigns & Lifecycle Marketing
•    Creates and manages digital and multi-channel marketing campaigns 
•    Reports campaign metrics and provides insights to improve performance and ROI
•    Designs and manages workflows with contact-level protections & suppressions
•    Adheres to email deliverability best practices and improve engagement
•    Strategizes and creates segmentation lists for campaigns


Event & Partner Marketing
•    Owns event execution operations: timelines, logistics coordination, lead capture, follow-up strategy, and post-event reporting
•    Works with Partner Alliance Director (Sales) to develop joint marketing plans and deliverables with channel partners, to drive demand & pipeline
•    Identifies and evaluates past and future opportunities that drive ROI

Essential Requirements

•    3+ years in B2B marketing with experience in operations, digital marketing, & events
•    Proven project management: including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
•    Comprehensive HubSpot expertise (marketing automation, governance, lifecycle marketing segmentation, reporting) and experience partnering with Sales/RevOps. HubSpot Administrator certification strongly preferred
•    Experience developing and executing partner co-marketing and event programs 
•    Strong analytical skills: ability to build reports, and translate insights into action 
•    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and operations teams


Salary and Benefits

For the position of Manager, Marketing Operations and Events the base salary range is $85,000 – $100,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications. In addition, employees may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Please note that salary ranges are subject to change and may be modified at any time.
