Compensation: We are open to hiring candidates in our various office locations across the United States. We also receive applications from, and hire, candidates with varying levels of experience for example those who have a few years experience in a role to those who are looking to make a step up. The salary ranges on our job postings are set so as to account for these variable factors with decisions on the salary to be offered only made once we know the experience and location of our new hire.

What's the role 

As a Manager, Measurement Strategy at Brainlabs, you will lead complex data projects that bridge analytics execution and strategic consulting. You'll scope and manage multi-workstream initiatives, design measurement frameworks, and deliver actionable insights that shape client business outcomes. This role requires equal parts technical depth and strategic vision—you'll mentor team members, design end-to-end data solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to clients on their data maturity journey.

What you do

  • Scope, plan, and deliver end-to-end analytics and strategy projects, managing timelines, RACI, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Lead the strategic design of data solutions—including reports, dashboards, and analytical frameworks—gathering requirements, creating briefs and wireframes to ensure outputs are insightful and user-friendly
  • Design and implement KPI frameworks and measurement plans that align with client business objectives across the full marketing funnel
  • Own complex, ad-hoc analyses that answer ambiguous client questions, delivering clear and actionable business insights
  • Apply advanced data science techniques, including machine learning, regression analysis, and experimentation design for data driven decision making.
  • Translate complex data and analytical outputs into compelling narratives that are understandable and actionable for day-to-day client stakeholders
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for strategic data questions, managing project timelines and keeping stakeholders informed
  • Mentor and coach junior analysts and specialists, run training sessions, and support their growth and skill development
  • Contribute to the team's knowledge base by sharing expertise, best practices, and innovative approaches
  • Understand and contribute to commercial health, identifying growth opportunities and supporting scoping and pre-sales activities
  • Proactively identify and deliver insights and strategic recommendations that go beyond reporting to drive measurable business value

Who you are

  • Has 4-7 years of experience in data analytics, data strategy, business intelligence, or management consulting
  • Demonstrates deep expertise in SQL, Python or R, and modern analytics tools (Looker, BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Has proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder data projects from conception to delivery
  • Possesses strong data science fundamentals, including experience with ML models, statistical testing, and experimentation frameworks
  • Can design measurement strategies and KPI frameworks tied to business outcomes
  • Excels at translating ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches
  • Has experience coaching and mentoring junior team members
  • Understands digital marketing analytics, attribution, media measurement, or martech/adtech ecosystems (preferred)
  • Is a confident communicator who can present to clients and lead strategic conversations
