About the Role


Reporting to Senior Function Lead-Finance Consultancy & Record to Report, this position shall provide end to end GOE reporting and governance, forecast and budgeting of GOE and recharges, support process and system enhancement projects and ad hoc assignment and projects.

Job Description:

End-to-end Group Office Expense (GOE) governance 

  • In charge of GOE governance 
  • Business Partnering with Function P&L and cost centers owners 
  • Drive GOE closing, reporting and analysis 
  • Facilitate management and Group Functions in managing their cost and recharge by Headcount category. 
  • Drive problem solving on GOE related operation matters 

 

Forecast and Budgeting of GOE and Recharges 

  • Drive end-to-end GOE forecast process 
  • Business partner with budget planners on forecast and budget exercise 
  • Drive budget cycle and consolidation 
  • Support management review process 

 

 

Stakeholder Support 

  • Act as a key liaison between group finance, business units, and cross function to resolve any issues  

 

Team support & Leadership 

  • Set clear objectives, monitor performance and provide coaching and mentoring  
  • Foster a culture of continuous skills and collaboration with others. 
  • Support recruiting and hiring team members in FP&A 
  • Identify key talents, develop succession planning and propose learning and development plan for team members to strengthen their knowledge and skills  

 

Compliance & Documentation 

  • Maintain proper documentation for all transactions in line with audit requirements and Group accounting standards. 
  • Ensure team members update Closing/Control Checklist, Training Materials and Business Process Manuals as and when required. 

 

Control & Governance 

  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and manage audit readiness. 

 

Process Improvement  

  • Identify opportunities and drive for standardization, automation and process optimization within FP&A workflows. 
  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement system enhancements. 

Support process and system enhancement projects 

 

Ad hoc assignment and projects
