Our healthcare system is the leading cause of personal bankruptcy in the U.S. Every year, over 50 million Americans suffer adverse financial consequences as a result of seeking care, from lower credit scores to garnished wages. The challenge is only getting worse, as high deductible health plans are the fastest growing plan design in the U.S.
Cedar’s mission is to leverage data science, smart product design and personalization to make healthcare more affordable and accessible. Today, healthcare providers still engage with its consumers in a “one-size-fits-all” approach; and Cedar is excited to leverage consumer best practices to deliver a superior experience.
The Role
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Sales Enablement Manager to help translate strategy into scalable execution across our Sales team. In this position you will:
- Own and deliver onboarding for Sales, including sequencing, curriculum delivery, tools, walkthroughs, and early-stage certification
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, and Product Management to deliver product launch readiness, including live trainings, eLearning, and post-training reinforcement
- Build and continuously refine playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and persona-based messaging that supports each stage of the deal cycle
- Support rollout and adoption of Cedar’s evolving sales methodology by reinforcing sales stage behaviors through CRM tools, templates, and guided workflows
- Coordinate across Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Sales Engineering, and Sales Operations to ensure a consistent and well-supported field experience
- Track key enablement KPIs such as onboarding ramp time, program completion, product training adoption, and rep feedback; use data to iterate and improve
What we look for in an ideal candidate:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or go-to-market enablement roles at a SaaS or healthtech company
- Deeply collaborative and comfortable working across Sales, Product, and Marketing functions
- Comfortable creating clarity in ambiguity and thrives in environments where not everything is fully built
- Experienced in delivering both live and asynchronous training using adult learning principles and reinforcement strategies
- Strong communicator who can translate complex ideas into clear, actionable content for field teams
- Familiar with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Groove, Highspot, and Confluence
- Organized and action-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive toward measurable outcomes
- Motivated to build and scale programs that simplify complexity and improve performance
