Job Summary

The AWS Services Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all services sales activities with the focus of meeting Services Sales Targets. This role will manage a team of AWS Services Sales Executives and oversee Team performance, focusing on developing new AWS Services business with existing customers and acquiring new customers.

Role Description

  • Manage all services sales activities with a focus on meeting Services Targets 

  • Build a professional sales team (recruit, hire, and train new employees) 

  • Manage a professional services sales team and oversee performance, coach, motivate, and mentor the team 

  • Execute Sales Motions, Campaigns, and drive exponential territory growth 

  • Drive services strategy to develop new business with existing customers, and acquire new customers 

  • Drive Partner Field Engagement by establishing and developing strong Partner relationships with AWS 

  • Engage internal company resources into the Services and Sales Process, such as Marketing to effectively create brand awareness

  • Oversee accurate pipeline management

  • Ownership of the top customers in the territory

  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to customers

  • Schedule and attend customer appointments

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 

  • 3+ years of previous consultative cloud services sales management experience required 

  • Minimum 5+ years background in selling professional IT services 

  • Experience selling AWS Cloud Services with emphasis on Assessments, Migrations, Deployments, and overall cloud platform enablement 

  • Proficiency in Office applications; Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel & PowerPoint 

  • Possess a proven record of accomplishment in attaining sales goals and quotas 

  • Ability to travel up to 40% 

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 which includes a base salary and bonus/commissions. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
