Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to spearhead system reliability, drive platform project execution, and work in close collaboration with the product managers and the development engineering teams.
What You'll Do:
Grow & coach a high-performing team – hire, mentor, and develop engineers so they deliver their best work and advance in their careers.
Drive outcomes, not just output – partner with Product to clarify goals, measure success, and unblock your team so they ship meaningful value to customers.
Own sustainable delivery – keep projects on track through proactive planning and clear communication, so shipping happens smoothly—without heroic last-minute sprints.
Shape how the team works – gather feedback, refine processes, and champion modern engineering practices that raise the technical bar.
What You Need:
7 + years of professional software engineering or infrastructure management experience, including team leadership.
Strong project management skills and SRE/FedRAMP/Security-minded leadership
Proven ability to build engaged, autonomous teams that hit ambitious goals.
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle
Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform —or eagerness to learn quickly.
Familiarity with Incident Management Processes and Workflows
Passion for continuous learning, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid environment.
