The Atlassian Advisory Services Solutions Delivery team is a globally-distributed team of Atlassian Solution Consultants and Enterprise Architects who are passionate about unleashing the potential of our customers through ongoing prescriptive guidance. Solution Consultants engage with enterprise organizations experiencing some of the most complex challenges and help those organizations create and provide long-term solutions for their teams.

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $156,600 - $204,450
Zone B: $141,300 - $184,475
Zone C: $130,500 - $170,375
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

In your role as a Solutions Delivery Manager, you will report to the Head of Solutions Delivery.
Your future team

Solution Consultants engage with enterprise organizations experiencing some of the most complex challenges and help those organizations create and provide long-term solutions for their teams.
What you'll do
- Directly manage, coach, and mentor a team of roughly 8-10 Solution Consultants of mixed tenure
- Engage in the hiring process for new delivery teammates
- Support the pre-sales demand pipeline by partnering with Services Solutions Advocates and Atlassian Solution Partners, interacting directly with customers to help them understand the value of Atlassian Solutions and Services
- Engage in strategic conversations with customer leadership alongside your direct reports to broaden Atlassian's understanding of our customers' needs, and reflect their stories back into the wider Atlassian organization
- Partner with an Engagement Management Manager to reinforce the quality of delivery outcomes for their portfolio of customers
- Drive and contribute to strategic Advisory Services initiatives
- Collaborate with Advisory Services and Success organization leadership to prioritize investments
- Typically up to 30% including some international travel may be required
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- 2+ years of experience in the Customer Success organization at Atlassian OR 5+ years managing a professional services delivery team
- 5+ years of consultative, solution, or technical evangelist experience
- A passion for mentoring others
- Experience working with large customers in a consulting or technical expert capacity
Your background
- 8+ years of experience within SaaS companies
- 2+ years of Enterprise customer-facing roles
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more Atlassian Solutions
- Customer discovery/interview skills
- Strong coaching skills
- Change management and solution rollout/adoption experience
- Comfortable speaking and influencing senior leadership inside Atlassian and with clients
- Experience identifying and explaining themes from customer data
- Experience helping an organization adopt Atlassian or similar products
It's great if you have, but not required
- Experience working on cross-team projects, engaging with Sales, Product, Support, and other teams
- Experience with Atlassian Cloud's ecosystem, including tools like Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Guard
- Any of:
- Familiarity with the principles of organizational design, cross-team collaboration, work management, and project or program management
- Hands-on knowledge in the leading of large-scale business transformations, including the organizational change and cultural change management needed for success
- A background in software development, platform engineering, or IT operations
