Cognizant is seeking a dynamic Manager, Solutions Architect to join our Workday consulting team. In this critical role, you will manage a team of Solutions Architects, providing strategic guidance and solution design support throughout the sales process. You’ll leverage your deep Workday implementation expertise to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs and transition seamlessly to delivery.
This is an opportunity to lead talented architects, influence solution strategy, and play a key role in driving successful Workday engagements for top-tier clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of Workday Solutions Architects.
  • Drive solution strategy for Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financials during the sales process.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand requirements and craft tailored solutions.
  • Oversee RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, and proposal development.
  • Ensure accurate project scoping and estimation for statements of work.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to qualify opportunities and define approaches.
  • Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Represent Cognizant at industry events and conferences (optional).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (or PMP/other certifications).
  • 5+ years of Workday implementation experience, including at least two full end-to-end deployments.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Current Workday certification (HCM or Financials preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until 05/27/2026 The annual salary for this position is between USD $144,092 - USD $182,234 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program , based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
