We are seeking a versatile and dynamic leader to join our Strategic Alliances team as the Manager of Strategic Alliances. This role is pivotal in optimizing package sales, onboarding new managers, and maintaining exceptional standards across Retail, FPS, and GWL. As a task force leader, you will provide on-site support to regions facing leadership gaps, ensuring seamless performance and adherence to Hilton Grand Vacations high standards. Your focus on integrity, qualification, and quality assurance will contribute to a thriving, customer-oriented culture.

Responsibilities
  • Drive performance and sales optimization across Retail, FPS, and GWL.
  • Onboard and mentor new managers, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining high standards.
  • Deploy as a task force leader to support regions with leadership gaps, maintaining operational continuity.
  • Uphold Hilton's integrity and qualification standards, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve performance and identify areas for growth.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a customer-centric culture.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team.
Qualifications

• Experience in selling packages for HGV
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across departments
• Interpersonal relationship building, project management, problem solving, and change management skills
• Must be able to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate needs in the field
• Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally
• Ability to effectively present information and articulate ideas with all levels of management
• Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills
