Summary

The Manager, Strategy & Enterprise Transformation is responsible for strengthening PCI’s data-driven decision-making capabilities through the development of KPI frameworks, management reporting, executive dashboards, forecasting analyses, and actionable performance insights. This role supports enterprise transformation initiatives, value-creation programs, business reviews, and strategic planning by providing fact-based analysis and clear visibility into business performance.

Core Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Analytics and Business Insights
• Analyze financial, operational, commercial, and transformation data.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business performance drivers.
• Develop recommendations and insights that support executive decision-making.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for leadership reviews and strategic initiatives.
2. KPI and Performance Management
• Support development and maintenance of enterprise KPI frameworks.
• Monitor performance against targets and identify emerging issues.
• Standardize metrics, calculations, and reporting methodologies.
• Support executive and business unit performance reviews.
3. Dashboard Development and Reporting
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Develop Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Create clear visual presentations of business performance.
• Improve reporting automation and reduce manual reporting effort.
4. Transformation and Initiative Tracking
• Support governance and reporting for strategic initiatives.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
• Prepare initiative dashboards and executive updates.
• Support PMO operating cadences and management reviews.
5. Data Quality and Business Intelligence
• Partner with business teams to improve data integrity and consistency.
• Validate key reports and business metrics.
• Support data governance and reporting process improvements.
• Assist in development of scalable reporting and analytics infrastructure.
6. Financial and Strategic Analysis
• Support forecasting, scenario modeling, and business case development.
• Assist in evaluating value creation opportunities.
• Develop analyses supporting growth, productivity, and profitability initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning and transformation projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, finance, strategy, consulting, business intelligence, PMO analytics, corporate development, or related functions.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with business reporting, data analysis, and executive presentations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Development Opportunity

This role is structured as a high-potential talent development position within PCI’s Strategy & Enterprise Transformation organization. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure to enterprise strategy, finance, operations, performance management, value creation initiatives, executive reporting, and transformation programs.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $108,960–$134,550 annually. Actual base pay may vary based on geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
