The Talent Partnerships Team is tasked with helping deliver fully staffed and stable teams by making long-term investments on new pools clinical of talent. We do this by:
Building long-term candidate sourcing pipelines with our partners
Tapping into new pools of clinical talent including partnering with academic institutions and international recruiting agencies
Crafting compelling offers, internship experiences, and 1st year programing
The scope of this role is to own accountability for multiple programs and the Program Administrators that support the placement of students for internships, observations, and clinical rotations in our Field. This Manager must be driven to deliver service excellence, support our team of Program Administrators, and think outside the box to drive process improvement.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
People Leadership:
Responsible for 4+ Program Administrators (PAs)
Manage and prioritize Program Administrator workload to achieve program goals
Develop and coach all Program Administrators in areas of opportunity and new skills
Foster a team environment of trust and learning with multi-directional feedback
Program Management:
Manage daily operations of RN and PCT Internship and Global RN programs
Support Program Administrators with coordinating placements for student internships
Manage internal and external program communications and materials, from the initial placement requests through post-rotation
Analyze program success metrics and report out monthly on progress against goals to Sr. Leadership and key stakeholders
Partner Engagement and Relationships:
Serve as the liaison for school partners and external vendor relationships
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders on the Talent Acquisition Team, Nursing Team, and Field Leadership
Independently resolve minor conflicts and escalate any issues to Sr. Managers as appropriate
Cultivate a high level of collaboration, trust, and belonging within the team and with partners
Continuous Improvement and Project Management:
Gather and analyze team and partner feedback on both program operations and engagement and develop a plan to address
Identify process improvement opportunities across all Talent Partnership Team programs and drive towards execution
Identify new opportunities for growth and articulate how our program can support Talent Acquisition's broader strategy
Partner with the Field and Nursing Team to identify and develop new relationships and engagement strategies

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
4-6 years of total work experience
Experience managing and coaching direct reports
Experience in project management and process improvement
Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional client relationship management and people skills
Experience managing internal programs and/or external (e.g., vendor or partner) relationships or programs
Strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting school partnerships, recruiting, or human resources
Experience with change management and deployment
Experience in healthcare

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year.If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hourWashington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.63/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
