Job Description

To deliver a strategic and insight-driven talent acquisition service by executing end-to-end sourcing, assessment, and hiring activities for the BU/Country, leveraging effective sourcing channels, workforce analytics, governance frameworks, and strong stakeholder partnerships to ensure the organization attracts and deploys the right talent at the right time.

  • Execute the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring quality delivery, governance, compliance with P&C policies, and a positive candidate experience.
  • Analyse hiring trends, workforce data and business forecasts to provide insights that support strategic workforce planning and talent decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and optimisation of digital and traditional recruitment channels.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, influence hiring decisions, and provide advisory support across all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to digitise and enhance Talent Acquisition processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed of delivery.

Qualifications

  • A First Degree in Human resource Management or a related field
  • 8–10 years demonstrated experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Business Partnering, with evidence of active participation in the recruitment cycle
  • At least 3 years at HR Leadership / Management Level
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing methods, recruitment systems, data quality standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience working with senior & executive level stakeholders, providing insights, advisory support, and managing competing business needs.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability, with the ability to interpret recruitment data and support decision-making.
