What you'll doLead and manage a team of executive recruiters, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure team success.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Drive business development efforts, generating new client relationships and expanding existing accounts.
Serve as a key member of the ATA leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Oversee recruitment projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Monitor team performance, providing feedback and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Healthcare Executive Recruiter.
3 - 5 years of team leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
Strong client relationship skills, with a track record of building and maintaining successful client partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
