About the Manhattan Associates WMS Consultant PositionWe are seeking a Manhattan Associates WMS Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will help design, configure, and implement advanced warehouse management solutions for leading global businesses. You will work directly with clients to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality Manhattan WMS configurations and enhancements.
This is a hands-on consulting role where you will test, train, troubleshoot, and support implementations that transform supply chain operations.
Location- Remote; may reside anywhere in the contiguous United States.
- Analyze functional, technical, and process needs, and produce supporting solution documentation.
- Author technical documents such as design specifications and modification requirements.
- Configure Manhattan WMS applications to meet client business objectives.
- Create and execute test plans to validate system performance and business requirements.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to ensure client teams can adopt and sustain solutions.
- Provide on-site and remote support throughout implementation to maximize client value.
- Manage individual tasks and deadlines with minimal oversight.
- Ensure deliverables are on-time, defect-free, and aligned to client expectations.
- Travel for this role will vary by project. Historically, consultants travel 30–40%, though actual travel may range anywhere from 0–100%.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience implementing or supporting Manhattan Associates WMS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Experience with Manhattan Active® Warehouse Management implementations.
- Knowledge of enterprise platforms (UNIX/Linux servers, Oracle databases).
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL for application development or troubleshooting.
