Role Overview

Mantle Squad Members are community ambassadors who extend the Mantle team by bridging the ecosystem with global Web3 communities through engagement, activations, and localized storytelling.

We are searching for talents who are strong in one or more of the skill areas below and can contribute meaningfully while collaborating with the broader Mantle Squad.

Job Responsibilities

Community Building & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Represent Mantle as a community ambassador across global Web3 ecosystems

  • Build and actively engage local and online communities

  • Engage builders, students, and early-stage founders to support ecosystem growth

  • Drive awareness and adoption of Mantle’s RWA & AI ecosystem

  • Maintain post-event relationships and convert engagement into long-term ecosystem participation

Events & Offline Activations

  • Support, co-host, and participate in meetups, panels, and industry events

  • Collaborate with the Mantle team on community-led activations and campaigns

  • Identify partnership, media, and collaboration opportunities across the RWA/AI space

  • Support outreach that helps amplify Mantle’s brand, updates, and ecosystem stories

  • Strengthen Mantle’s presence through grassroots and community-led activations

  • Act as a connector between communities and Mantle to unlock long-term opportunities

Content, Distribution & Localization

  • Distribute ecosystem updates and campaigns across community channels and social platforms

  • Localize and adapt content for different cultural and regional audiences

  • Amplify Mantle narratives across Discord, Telegram, X, and other platforms

  • Ensure consistent communication of ecosystem updates across communities

Ecosystem Growth & Feedback

  • Provide structured feedback from community sentiment to Mantle

  • Surface opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and ecosystem growth

  • Support improvement of community initiatives through real user insights

  • Act as a bridge between local communities and the core Mantle team

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in crypto/Web3 marketing, community, or ecosystem roles

  • Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, crypto culture, and community-driven growth models

  • Proven ability to engage, grow, and activate online and offline communities

  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently in fast-paced, distributed teams

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable working across community platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and X

  • Ability to adapt messaging and engage across diverse cultural and regional audiences

  • Strongly connected within Web3 ecosystems (founders, creators, communities, or partners is a plus)
