Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manual QA Engineer to join a high-priority payment platform migration engagement. You'll be executing test cases across complex, multi-system payment flows as the team migrates from legacy payment processors to a modern global payment platform — validating transactions, refunds, chargebacks, and edge cases across an OMS, an e-commerce platform, and returns processing systems.

What you'll do
  • Execute manual test cases across payment migration flows covering functional, regression, and integration scenarios.

  • Validate payment processing scenarios including transactions, refunds, chargebacks, and edge cases across OMS, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and returns/kit processing systems.

  • Document and report defects clearly and in detail, maintaining up-to-date test results to support daily and weekly status reporting.

  • Collaborate with the automation QA team within a shift-left model — providing early feedback and supporting coverage from the start of development cycles.

  • Follow testing standards, entry/exit criteria, and defect management processes set by the QA Lead.

  • Support testing across multiple workstreams as scope is confirmed.

  • Contribute to hypercare activities post-launch.

What you bring
  • 3+ years of hands-on manual QA experience across complex, multi-system environments.

  • Payment domain knowledge — hands-on experience executing test cases across payment flows, transaction processing, or financial systems; ability to recognize edge cases and failure modes specific to payment integrations.

  • Functional testing skills across end-to-end flows spanning multiple integrated platforms.

  • Strong defect documentation habits — able to log, describe, and track bugs with enough detail to support lead-level reporting.

Preferred qualifications
  • Adyen platform knowledge — prior experience with Adyen is preferred; candidates without it must demonstrate a clear willingness to self-onboard using Adyen's documentation (this was previously mandatory — moving it to preferred since payment domain knowledge now covers the baseline).

  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience — one of the core systems in scope

  • Background in payment processing, transaction flows, or payment platform migration projects.

  • Familiarity with token migration concepts — how payment tokens are transferred between providers.

When you join Solvd, you'll…

  • Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.

  • Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.

  • Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.

Ready to make an impact?

If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.

Solvd is an equal opportunity employer.
