We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality building materials, and we're looking for reliable, hardworking Production Workers to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring that production targets are met with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Strictly follow instructions
• Pick-up and prepare manufacturing schedule daily
• Fill, seal, and stack boxes/bags properly and neatly
• Write down the actual counts of boxes per batch on production floor sheet
• Notify the supervisor of any errors, differences, or irregularities in product
• Get pallets used for stacking finished material when needed
• Get bundles of empty boxes/bags when needed
• Notify the supervisor of any equipment problems
• Assist the mixer if needed
• Clean area at the end of shift
• Training new employees in station
• Be prepared for job rotation if needed
• Use safety equipment when required and follow all safety rules
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Other duties as needed

• Full time position working on production line Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have own transportation. Random drug testing is required for safety purposes.

Preferred Skills:

• Forklift experience is a plus
