JOB FUNCTION:
Improve and support CTO process and production facility/equipment for Sun server products.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Min. 5 years experience in manufacturing environment – CTO and/or system integration experience is a plus.
SPECIAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledgeable on how to use layout creation software – i.e. AutoCAD, MS Visio, etc. Basic understanding of CTO process and has knowledge/experience in manufacturing and system integration process. Strong communication skills are a requirement, since customer interaction will be needed. Sun server configuration/set-up experience is a plus.

- Create/maintain production line layout.
- Order/maintain production line equipment.
- Co-ordinate process improvement projects.
- Work with PMs on quarterly capacity analyses (via time studies, takt time analysis, throughput, etc.).
- Support customer requests and assist with tours/audits of the production line.
