Position Summary

As a member of the Manufacturing Operations shift team, the employee is directly responsible for managing a team of 4 to 15 manufacturing specialists that maintain the flow of production through sections of the line, during their shift, while achieving world class speed and quality.

Role and Responsibilities

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Managing people and all related tasks.

  • Troubleshooting complex production issues utilizing computer systems.

  • Making decisions based on best known methods or operating procedures. Tracking and documenting production obstacles and communicating these issues effectively.

  • Collaborating with external departments to enhance manufacturing performance.

  • Work hours:  D shift (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and alternating Saturdays, 7pm-7am).

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience.

The current base salary range for this role is between $90,000 - $124,500. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
