ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Market Response Representative to generate qualified sales leads and distribute appropriately to account executives on the sales team. The Market Response Representative will play a key role in identifying and qualifying inbound leads generated through various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with a positive attitude and impeccable communication skills.

This is a full-time, non-exempt role that is eligible for commission. This role will report out of our office in Austin, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Inbound Lead Qualification
      • Qualify inbound leads - across a range of F45 brands 
      • Prepare for and book Discovery Calls for Franchise Sales Execs
      • Use Hubspot to nurture and engage leads, to a point of outcome
      • Provide excellent preparation and context, maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of sales executives and ensuring all leads are exhausted.   
      • Efficiently disqualify leads when appropriate, based on set criteria and sound judgment 
    • Sales Process Support and Improvement
      • Provide feedback and regular updates to management - on regional lead quality and volume - to the Chief Revenue Officer
      • Provide feedback to ensure sales processes are continuously evolving and improving.
      • Collaborate with other members of the Sales Operations and MRR team to update process collateral and training material
      • Represent the F45 franchise sales team and support the sales process for the North American region
    • Sales Team Support:
      • Collaborate and support across a wide range of franchise sales initiatives: F45, FS8, VIVE Active
      • Provide late stage process support for sales executives (tasks, pipeline, aged deals)
      • Support additional sales and revenue collection initiatives where needed
Requirements

      • Flexible mindset and ability to work across various time zones and global regions
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, Hubspot, JustCall (or other dialler software) and LinkedIn.
    • Education and Experience:
      • Bachelors degree preferred
      • Minimum 3-4 years related experience required.
      • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
      • Top of funnel acquisition in a process-oriented environment
