In this role, you’ll help modernize how marketing works by supporting initiatives that make our global organization faster, more effective, and more scalable.

You’ll combine your expertise in marketing and revenue operations, AI, technology, and change leadership to design new workflows, introduce intelligent automation, and help teams adopt new ways of working. Working on a diverse range stakeholders, you will:  
  

  • Improve and simplify marketing processes to increase speed, quality, scale, and impact on key metrics 

  • Guide and coordinate transformation efforts that modernize operating models, governance, templates, and workflows 

  • Standardize best practices across global and regional teams while adapting to evolving business needs 

  • Partner with business and technical teams to test, deploy, and scale AI solutions across the marketing and stakeholder ecosystem 

  • Design and develop AI-enabled, agentic solutions that enhance client-focused campaigns and enable more effective ways of working while ensuring human creativity and judgment remain central 

  • Identify and deliver high-value AI use cases that improve productivity, expand the use of insights, and drive better outcomes 

  • Establish practical governance and best practices for responsible, effective AI adoption 

  • Support and encourage AI adoption by creating playbooks, prompt libraries, training materials, and practical enablement resources 

  • Track KPIs and business outcomes to demonstrate impact and guide continuous improvement 

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, technology, analytics, and regional teams to solve business challenges and scale what works 

  • Engage stakeholders across levels through clear thinking, effective communication, and data-backed recommendations 

  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
     

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations, business transformation, consulting, project management, AI enablement, or related field

  • Hands-on experience designing, prototyping, and implementing AI-enabled solutions, workflow orchestration, or automation that improves how work gets done

  • Working knowledge of MarTech, data foundations, AI applications, LLMs, APIs, RAG, and related tools or environments

  • Demonstrated experience improving processes, designing scalable workflows, and supporting governance or operating frameworks in complex organizations

  • Well-developed stakeholder engagement, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience measuring outcomes through KPIs, adoption of metrics, dashboards, or performance reporting
