As a Marketing Analyst, you will create reports and dashboards, manage marketing data, build attribution models, and analyze campaign performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, deliver, and maintain high-quality reports and dashboards for the marketing team and clients;
- Own and oversee marketing data sources, investigate issues, serving as the primary point of contact for claims and escalations;
- Build and maintain attribution models to accurately track and attribute multi-touch ad interactions per user, enabling consistent performance analysis;
- Use automation tools like n8n or Make (or similar), speeding up reporting, making easier – experience preferred, or strong interest in rapid learning required;
- Maintain and improve existing reports for optimal performance, usability, and insights;
- Create and analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with Looker (or similar BI tools like Metabase/Looker Studio) for building and delivering reports/dashboards;
- Strong data ownership mindset: hands-on experience troubleshooting data sources, quality issues, and ETL processes;
- Expertise in attribution modeling, especially for multi-touch ad interactions (e.g., handling complex user journeys in ad-heavy environments);
- Familiarity with automation tools like n8n, Make.com, or Zapier; or demonstrated ability/quick learner for workflow automation;
- Solid understanding of marketing metrics, campaign analytics, and SQL/BigQuery for querying and optimizing data;
- Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics 4, Firebase, or Python/pandas as a plus;
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with marketing teams, clients, and technical stakeholders;
- Bonus: Experience in events/ticketing, A/B testing, or advanced stats (e.g., CUPED);
- Experienced in behavioral and product analytics, detecting patterns and finding opportunities within user behavior and product engagement;
- Confidence in writing complex SQL queries (window functions, query optimization, etc.), experience with relational databases; Google BigQuery is a plus;
- Knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, basic mathematical analysis. Experienced in designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests;
- Confident with BI tools (creating dashboards and visualizations);
- Uses Python (and relevant libraries) for data exploration and analysis (familiarity with automation tools and llms is a plus);
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Firebase, and event tracking setups.
