The Marketing Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing and business data to support strategic decision-making and optimize campaign performance. This role provides actionable insights into customer behavior, lead generation, and return on marketing investments, helping drive data-informed growth across Groundworks’ brands and markets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor Paid Social and Display campaigns to identify red flags, positive/negative trends, areas of opportunities, benchmarks, etc.
  • Analyze user behavior, cohorts, and funnel analysis to drive insights for Product, Marketing, Lifecycle, Customer Experience, and Creative teams.
  • Perform in-depth analysis around audiences, attribution, and creatives to drive recommendations that drive ROAS.
  • Communicate the effectiveness of new creatives, campaign launches, and optimizations by leveraging internal and external data sources.
  • Analyze historical and operational metrics and iterate processes to drive top and bottom-line financial results. 
  • Develop data layer and pixel implementation for development teams to implement.
  • Collaborate with internal data teams by managing the production of reporting, analysis, and report automation.
  • It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.
  • Perform other duties as necessary or assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related role.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
  • Experience working with marketing platforms and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights in a clear and actionable way.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent collaboration, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in a multi-location, service-based organization preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position based at Groundworks’ corporate office in Irving, TX.
  • This role has a salary of $65,000- $85,000. Salary is based on experience.
  • Collaborative and dynamic environment working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams.
  • Regular business hours with occasional extended hours to support project deadlines or critical initiatives.
