Job Description

Strive Global is seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team in College Station, TX.

In this role, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, customer engagement activities, and day-to-day marketing operations. You will work closely with team members to ensure campaigns are executed effectively while representing our clients and their brands with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Support customer engagement and brand awareness activities.
  • Communicate key information about products, services, and promotions clearly and professionally.
  • Help prepare marketing materials and coordinate campaign resources.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support campaign objectives.
  • Assist with tracking campaign activity, customer feedback, and overall performance.
  • Maintain a professional and positive representation of Strive Global and its clients.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and campaign briefings.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support additional marketing and operational activities as needed.
