Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales initiatives. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, presenting products and services, and developing practical marketing and communication skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and coordinating promotional campaigns.
  • Present products and services clearly and professionally.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Participate in community events, promotional activities, and outreach programs.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and prospective clients.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to support sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and marketing activities.
  • Support daily marketing activities and promotional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and sales goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, outgoing, and professional personality.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
