About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy Marketing Assistant to support our growing B2B marketing and sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is a strong writer, highly organized, outgoing, and eager to learn how modern B2B marketing drives pipeline and revenue.

You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to execute campaigns, create content, and support demand generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain customer data across HubSpot, Salesforce, and SellFire
  • Create and manage marketing content across email, website, social media, webinars, and conferences
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns in HubSpot
  • Assist with webinar planning, promotion, and follow-up
  • Write clear, compelling content, including emails, blogs, and sales materials
  • Manage and grow social media presence, primarily LinkedIn
  • Partner with sales to support B2B lead generation efforts
  • Track campaign performance and report on key metrics
  • Maintain clean, accurate marketing data and lists within HubSpot
  • Support events, conferences, and outbound marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform
  • Strong writing and editing skills (critical for success in this role)
  • Experience managing social media for a business
  • Exposure to webinars and virtual events
  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take ownership

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in Healthcare or Health Tech
  • Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based business models
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
