Our client is looking for a Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support their growing real estate team through strategic content creation, digital marketing, and social media management. Over the past several years, they have built a strong reputation in the real estate industry by combining technology, creativity, and client-centered service to deliver exceptional results.

This role is perfect for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who enjoys bringing ideas to life through engaging marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, organized, and eager to explore innovative tools—especially AI-driven platforms—to enhance marketing performance and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage engaging content for multiple social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Schedule, publish, and monitor posts to maintain a consistent and strategic online presence.

  • Create and edit visual and written content for listings, videos, and marketing campaigns.

  • Manage and update the company’s CRM system (Follow Up Boss) to ensure accurate contact data and lead tracking.

  • Design, schedule, and monitor email campaigns and digital ads to promote listings and services.

  • Implement AI-based tools (such as N8N and Make) to improve marketing processes, automation, and performance reporting.

  • Track performance metrics across platforms and provide regular progress updates.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership to align all marketing activities with the brand’s goals and tone.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, increase engagement, and generate qualified leads through creative digital strategies.



Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in the real estate industry.

  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, analytics, and content planning.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss or similar).

  • Experience using AI tools for automation, workflow improvement, or content creation.

  • Strong copywriting and basic design skills for creating posts and campaigns.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Reliable, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications
  • Background in real estate marketing, digital content management, or brand promotion.

  • Experience with social media advertising, engagement tracking, and performance analysis.

  • Familiarity with platforms like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn, and Google Business.

  • Comfortable learning and experimenting with new marketing technologies and AI integrations.

  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to achieving measurable results.
