Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Marketing Associate to support customer acquisition, promotional campaigns, and business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, presenting products and services, building customer relationships, and working toward measurable sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers through promotional and sales activities.
  • Present and explain products and services clearly and professionally.
  • Generate leads and support customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, community events, and outreach activities.
  • Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to support sales opportunities.
  • Assist with promotional materials, displays, and customer engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and sales goals.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
  • Strong relationship-building and persuasion abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
