Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Lifecycle / Marketing Automation Specialist who loves writing copy, testing hypotheses, and improving product conversion.

This is not an acquisition role and not a people management role. You will work with an existing user base and focus on activation, conversion, retention, and monetization.

You will own campaigns end-to-end: from idea and copy to launch, A/B testing, and performance analysis. If you enjoy experimenting, working close to the product, and seeing a direct impact of your work, this role is for you.

What Will You Do?

    • Own and execute conversion and retention campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels.
    • Write high-quality copy for different channels, segments, and lifecycle stages.
    • Build and maintain automated customer journeys and behavioral triggers (activation, engagement, reactivation, promo flows).
    • Run continuous A/B tests: messages, formats, mechanics.
    • Analyze campaign and funnel performance using product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
    • Work closely with Product and Tech teams on in-app communication, dynamic content, and promo mechanics.

Requirements

Key Skills Required:

    • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation or Lifecycle Marketing.
    • Excellent copywriting skills. You enjoy writing clear, effective texts and adapting tone for different channels and user states.
    • Strong understanding of customer journey and lifecycle marketing.
    • Solid experience with A/B testing: hypothesis building, experiment setup, and result interpretation.
    • Hands-on experience with automation / CRM platforms (Blueshift, Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or similar).
    • Experience working with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.).
    • Experience with in-app communication: push notifications, in-app messages, inboxes, modals.
    • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for template edits.
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken). PLEASE SEND YOUR CV IN ENGLISH!

Additional Skills Preferred:

  • Experience in fintech, crypto, or forex products.
  • Experience with AI-assisted content or automation workflows.
  • Experience with dynamic content and personalization at scale.

Benefits
  • 21 working days of annual leave
  • Work remotely whilst being part of a global team
  • Udemy Business unlimited membership
  • Professional and personal development opportunities in a fast-growing environment
