Overview:

As a Marketing & Brand Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our North American marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and accelerating growth in key markets. This role requires a unique blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to position our solutions effectively and ensure our brand resonates with target customers across regions.

You will take ownership of demand generation, event strategy, and brand presence—both digitally and physically—while continuously analyzing performance to optimize outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Analytics · Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth and brand awareness. · Analyze customer behavior, buying patterns, and regional market dynamics to inform campaigns and positioning. · Track and report on key performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion rates, etc.) and continuously optimize marketing efforts. · Partner with sales to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and customer acquisition strategies.

  • Brand & Content · Own and evolve the company’s brand identity across all channels. · Lead content creation efforts including case studies, videos, social media, and website content. · Get hands-on when needed—capture content onsite, support customer storytelling, and produce high-impact marketing assets. · Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all external communications.

  • Events & Field Marketing · Plan, execute, and optimize trade shows, conferences, and industry events. · Manage end-to-end event logistics including booth design, messaging, collateral, and follow-up strategy. · Represent the company at networking events and build strong industry relationships. · Identify and pursue new opportunities for brand exposure in key markets.

  • Growth & Execution · Drive initiatives that expand market reach, especially in startup and high-growth environments. · Experiment with new channels and growth tactics to scale awareness and demand. · Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions. · Take ownership of branded materials including SWAG, ensuring high-quality and impactful representation of the company.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or growth roles, preferably in B2B or technology-driven companies.

  • Proven track record of driving market growth and increasing brand awareness in startup or high-growth environments.

  • Hands-on experience planning and executing trade shows, conferences, and field marketing initiatives.

  • Experience analyzing customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to inform strategy.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to drive revenue outcomes.

Skills

  • Highly analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing and decision-making. ·

  • Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys and regional buying behaviors.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident representing the company publicly. ·

  • Willingness to be hands-on and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. ·

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing narratives. ·

  • Strong project management and organizational skills. ·

  • Creative thinker with a bias toward execution.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales alignment (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Experience in robotics, AI, or industrial technology sectors.

  • Background in digital marketing channels (SEO, paid media, social).

  • Experience managing agencies or external vendors.

  • Willingness to travel ~10%


Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: USD $110,000 – $150,000 (actual pay based on skills, experience, and location).
