Job Description

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and organised individual to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role combining marketing, business development and administration, providing an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of an ambitious and expanding business.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and wants to contribute to the continued growth and success of the company.

The Role

This is a diverse role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with the Director to help develop new business opportunities, increase our online presence, support client relationships and ensure the smooth day-to-day administration of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Research prospective clients.

Maintain and develop our CRM database.

Support networking events and partnership opportunities.

Help increase client referrals and repeat business.

Produce email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

Monitor social media engagement and marketing performance.

Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries professionally.

Prepare correspondence, engagement letters and invoices.

Maintain accurate electronic filing systems and confidential records.

Update case management systems and databases.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, professional and confident communicating with clients and professionals.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Comfortable working remotely and attending the office when required.

Flexible, reliable and adaptable.

A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

Confident using Microsoft Office, Outlook and cloud-based systems

Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience within legal, healthcare or professional services (desirable but not essential).

Knowledge of CRM systems.
